The fitness industry is giving us the same solutions to our fitness problems, it’s just packaged differently.  However the main reason health and fitness programs are unsuccessful is due to compliance.  In this episode Paul talks about why we fail to have compliance with these programs.  Once we understand this we can achieve our goals without resistance.
